that's why he went down...hahaha!
Jimmy Connors mom was incharge early in his career and later on I think he got some coaching from Chrissy Evert
As far I can recall, Medvedev had a female coach throughout most of his career. Also Tim Mayotte was coached by Billie Jean King near the end of his career.
The U.S. Davis Cup team.
(Sorry, PMac, I couldn't pass it up, you do go on about Andy too much.)
I thought Kafelnikov had a woman coach early in his career ?
Hmmm. Melanie Molitor is probably available.
Andy Murray was coached by Amelie Mauresmo. I think Kukushkin is coached by his wife.
Dennis Istomin is coached by his Mum.
A delightful case of Judy Murray on steroids!
Murray seems to be the sole exception in picking a former pro tennis player who was not a relative or close acquaintance (Mauresmo). All the other female coaches seem to be mothers, wives, sisters or some other member of the family.
But Murresmo was the worst version of Murray
