Any chance of a NADAL comeback or not

I hope he wins but I cannot imagine Djoker losing in a big match up 2-1 in sets.
We had a good dream but Djoker is too good

I sincerely hope djoker gets the upper hand in rallies today and kills any chance that Nadal have.

Yesterday so many times he was pinning Nadal at backhand corner or forehand corner and not hitting at the other corner.

Go for the winner at the other corner..you win the point most of the time

With Nadal, there's always a chance as long as he's still breathing. Novak's looking very sharp though, physically and mentally(so far, let's see if he can close it out.)

The important thing is that it's a good, competitive match. I'd rather watch Djokovic compete like this than watch those deadbeat youngsters who can't advance and win these big titles.

Nadal can certainly come back. He has often benefited from rain delays and suspended matches where he can get some rest, talk to his team, figure out what he needs to do. Djokovic is hungry for this win, unfortunately, and will give his all. I want Nadal to win so much. He has to stop being intimidated and go out there and give 100%. I hope his steadiness and calmness he displayed in his QF fifth set will help him prevail again. I certainly will be disappointed if he loses but Djokovic is playing really well. At least Nadal retains the #1 ranking for a while longer but if he can pull off this win he can consolidate it and it will help him with the year end rankings too.

If Djokovic wins I will be rooting for Anderson on Sunday. If Nadal wins I will be rooting for Nadal. I predicted 10 days ago an Anderson-Nadal final and I hope my prediction is correct.

Who knows? Maybe we will have a 50 game fifth set? Anything is possible!

Nadal always has a chance. I do hope Djokovic continues to hit deep like he did last night. While I didn't watch the whole thing, I noticed that Djokovic was closer to the baseline and hitting really deep, still had trouble converting BPs though as Rafa is Rafa. I do want Djokovic to win. What's one more slam for Nadal? Djokovic needs the final and this chance more. But, both will want it, why? Bcs it is not Fed waiting for them in the final.

Of course he can, never count Rafa out. If he wins the fourth, momentum will be on his side. A really strange situation though, going out there with the knowledge you absolutely have to win the next two sets. Not great for my nerves.

Totally possible. He has straight setted Djokovic on grass before, Queens 2008.

Not quite the same though, is it? That's two out of three. Obviously if the match had continued the situation would have been the same but I don't know, it just seems even more difficult this way.

Not quite the same, no, but he has ability to win back to back sets on grass against Djokovic. I wouldn't count Nadal out, Djokovic is only a slight fav, not a heavy fav as many are stating here.

Oh, I'm not doubting that. As much as I respect (aka fear :p) Djokovic, I absolutely believe Rafa has the ability to pull out this win. I'd just prefer it to be a little easier on my nerves, I had dreams about that SP on serve last night.

Absolutely a chance. Novak asking to keep the roof on in daylight hours just told Nadal his great rival thinks Nadal is better than him under normal Wimbledon conditions - 2011 Djokovic would never have done that (he'd have told them to open up the roof, won the fourth set today, and then sent Nadal into a mental tailspin that would subside only upon the sight of his beloved red clay the following April).

Admitting that Nadal has benefited from rain delays makes you a real objective Nadal fan. We need more like you TTW!

Novak can also be rested and talk to his team though. You should have posted a thread predicting the finals.

He benefited rain breaks against lesser player not in a GS match at this importance. We are talking about DJOKOVİC not zverev or thiem here.

Sad that Nadal lost, despite the fact that I expected a 4 set loss, but Nadal played far far better than I (or anyone else I'm guessing) expected.

He played some awesome tennis...very aggressive as soon as he had half an opportunity to do so.

Hopefully he can bring some of this play into the US Open swing and win it a fourth time.
