Any chances of Nadal slam happening if Djokovic indeed has a surgery.

With djokovic having shoulder troubles and if he does have surgery, what chances you give Rafa of his own slam that is 4 in a row.I know many of you would say this too wishful thinking but there is always a possibility and with the consistency rafa is showing he is only being stopped by FedoVic and that too in semis or finals. So if rafa wins Aus open(if Djokovic has issues) and then his beloved French open then he would require to win Wimbledon which will be like as tough as djokovic had to win his 4th one in a row at Rg.Still any chances you feel he has, I know this will all end once he doesn't win Ao but if he does it suddenly becomes a possibility as next slam will be Fo and he could make it 3 in a row, Your views???

Low. Would require an AO win and a Wimbledon in the next year. Even saying he wins the AO, he would still need to win Wimbledon, where Federer took him out in 4 and others are also a threat.

That's assuming Djokovic is out the whole year, anyhow. I believe if he has surgery he'd be back well before Wimbledon anyway.

There's also a possibility of a meteor colliding on top of your house, but the chances are .000001% (add several dozen zero's to that figure).

There's a reason why only one man has been able to win the CYGS in the last 50 years: it's almost impossible to do. And Nadal is not doing it, it's not just wishful thinking to think so, it's delusional. He's won one AO in his entire career and next year, it will be a full decade since he won Wimbledon. Never mind the fact he will be 34 years old next June.

The Djokovic fans have been claiming since 2011 that he will win the CYGS slam as well and we know how that's turned out.

If Fed couldn't win the CYGS at his peak 2004-2007 and Djokovic couldn't do it in 2011 and 2015, Nadal isn't doing it. Nobody's doing it, it's a Herculean feat. It may never be done again.
