I've got a whole summer and lots and lots of time.... I'm out of state so I'm away from my friends closer to the family and when they are at work I have NOTHING to do. Do any of you have any drills that I could do to improve my tennis? I have done a consistant toss drill, driving through bh and fh drill (500 times each side...), Soft catch drill to help my volleys. It doesn't have to specifically to improve my tennis could just be to help me stay fit or become faster.
