Any Pure Aero Tour users here?

The Pure Aero gets a lot of discussion here, but I virtually NEVER read any mention of the Pure Aero Tour. This is a terrific racquet IMHO. It has everything: power, spin, control, easy on the arm, feel, etc. especially with strings that match your style of play. It has just enough weight to compensate for the Pure Aero's lightness, which is excessive for many people. It would be nice to have some discussion of the Pure Aero Tour here, from people that use it, and/or people who dislike it for whatever reason.

Been playing with the Pa tour for the last couple years. Great power and spin. I’m 66 so a powerful racquet is what I need. I’m dying to see the review on the new pa tour. I want to try before I buy. The latest is not always the greatest. I like a heavier racquet and the PAT with my dampener and overgrip is 12oz. Stable and accurate. I hit out but make my targets bigger and this racquet performs well. Drops and lobs are great also.

I'm not sure that term applies to any current Babolat frame.

Unless you've had a rip-roaring case of TE you probably shouldn't comment on arm friendliness of any particular frame. I imagine the PAT is a tad more arm friendly than previous iterations.

Personally I've never been one to buy Tour versions of any frame as I like to modify with lead based on perceived weaknesses.

PA+ user here and it's been fine on my arm. Had one case of TE and it was from using a Twin Tube Head Radical (go figure). Only other elbow issue was GE from 2018 APD.
Otherwise, PA+ (yes, it's not the PAT but close) no issues with comfort.

...
I played a season with the previous version of PAT; the racquet with which I had the highest percentage of wins!! It was relatively ok on the arm, but the only reason I sold those was because of the discomfort caused by some rare mishits.

Accidentally demoed the new Pure Aero 2019, and got hooked! It has been two months with it; and it is easy on the arm, has better control than the earlier version.

I am also waiting for more reviews and a chance to try the new Pure Aero Tour.

I have a client who plays on the British tour, he’s using these weighted up. stringing RPM
at 29kg, don’t ask why as he hasn’t got a clue on tensions. Tried to tell him to go lower. He comes every week with 2/3 rackets

Yes, that is why tour exist. all those people who had complained about lighter Swing weigh of the new pure aero 2019, this is the racket. That is why tour exists and it was made. Tour has much better plow thru and produces heavier ball.
