Anybody else feel that one handed backhands are the most fun thing about tennis?

A one hander is probably very fun if you can pull it off (I've only hit good ones off drop feeds), but I think a good drop shot is the most fun. A service ace is probably the most satisfying.

Funnier is the following:
Hitting your shin at the end of your serve motion.
Hitting a tweener and damage your jewelry
Go running trying to hit a easy smash close to the net, and don’t even touch the ball.
In doubles, hitting your partner at the net with a powerful serve.
And so on.

Even better is the Tsonga school of tennis. I use the one-hander when I have more time since I can generate more power off of it, but two-hander to block when needed.
It creates the issue of having too many options, but it works pretty well for me (mainly because I hit only 2-3 2HBHs per match on average and just like to brag that I use both).
