Anyone else here tried using macebells?


After being forced to take about a year and a half off to deal with health issues, followed by a fall and resultant shoulder injury, I had to rebuild my strength and rehab my shoulder to start playing again. Out of curiosity, I bought a macebell and found it to work out very well for me. It allows rotational movements that are more representative of tennis, and other sports, and that are difficult to achieve with other equipment. I'm also currently using them as a pre-play warm up and find them better than the usual elastic bands. Little big to be carrying around in your racquet bag though.
