Anyone Tried the New Pro Penn+ Balls Yet?

I have, and I hate them. They're fairly heavier than the Penn balls I usually play with, and it kinda hurt my wrist hitting a flying rock...

Also, they have crazy topspin when you first start playing, and they move viciously fast. I ALWAYS wait for the ball to bounce then fall before hitting, but with the ProPenn I was hitting on the rise pretty much every time. Once they hit the ground, they soar up to the sky and way past the baseline.

The friend I played with is about equal to my playing level, and I could handle him when focused. But today I was losing like there's no tomorrow. I simply couldn't handle the pace and bounce.

Are you seriously blaming the ball for your loss? In the words of Johnny Mac, you cannot be serious!

I like them. They have a nice bounce and feel. Fairly durable and hold their pressure pretty well. Definitely lively and better than their Championship balls (which I find to be kind of slow and low durability/longevity)

One the best balls i've ever played with and they are durable, but they are pretty heavy and slow. i would prefer dunlop champion's choice over these, cuz i can get these cheaper than pro penn. but i would buy propenn cuz the last a lot longer

I tried these balls tonight and was very impressed. My partner used to get the cheap Penn balls and I always thought they were crap. But these balls were really nice to hit with. They were really lively and high bouncing on the indoor courts tonight. Seems like they were easier to impart spin on as well. Now I just have to see how long they'll last.
