More a rematch of their epic clash last year in Australia. Djokovic in 4 or 5 tight sets. Wawrinka is fully rested and should give him a good fight.

Djokovic in 3. Last two times they played Wawrinka was no match, even after being well rested. The AO and USO matches were flukes. Nole will be ready.

Wawrinka is insane when he's found his range. He hits ridiculously flat and powerful shots that pummel the lines.

But he won't.

Djokovic in 3.

Djokovic in 5. This match will be his first test after playing a Clown and three other players who've never beaten him...ever.

Wawrinka will have to start imperiously to have ANY chance vs Novak.

I just don't see another epic coming here. Wawrinka is a fantastic player, and I think he'll take a set, but he had to play the match of his life last year to even make it close.

Djokovic in 4 is my prediction. Wouldn't be terribly surprised if it was straight sets.

The problem with Wawrinka is that he cant capitalize on slow starts from his opponents. The best he will do is take Djokovic to four sets.

He didn't play the match of his life at the U.S. Open and that one was still very close. If Djokovic is just a bit off, Wawrinka can start really pounding groundies. But more likely Djokovic will win in three or four fairly comfortable sets.

Stan in 4...hopefully... It's very unrealistic though as Djokovic is so solid mentally, but I hope for a Stan vs Fed final or or Grigor would be cool too... Just please no Djoker Nadal grind again

Djokovic in 3 comfortable sets. Wawrinka is overrated.
0-12 against Rafa, 2-15 against Djoker and 1-13 against Federer
He's a good player to beat the one below him but not good enough to REALLY challenge the BIg 3

Boris is a good analyst and I think he would've discussed the strategy to employ so I think Nole in 3.
4 sets if Nole loses the first.

Hopefully Magnus has got Stan mentally ready for this one, if it's anything like last year we're in for a treat.

Novak to win it though!

Wawrinka has the game to defeat Novak, but I'm not sure he has the mental strength or endurance to defeat Novak in 4-5 sets.

Wawrinka in 5 is what I'm hoping for. Djokovic in 3 or 4 is what I think will happen, unfortunately.

Djokovic in 4 sets.

If Wawrinka couldnt beat him the way he was playing in Flushing Meadows he probably cant do it now.

Will be a fun match on Laver arena though.

SOG in 4. Giving respect to Stan here, he has had it very easy getting in the QF.

Though I wouldn't be surprised of SOG rains it down in 3 sets like a boss.

Novak to continue on with the defense of his title, and remain the current reigning and defending AO men singles champion.

Novak will be hyper-ready to get payback against Stan and Stan will be too pressured to repeat his performance from last year, I think. Needs to win the first set to have any chance at least. Novak in 3 tight sets.

I don't think so. It's heavy, heavy top from both wings, hit with a low-ish trajectory over the net.

People have called him a mini-Soderling, and I agree. He is able to hit as hard off the backhand as Soderling did because of that one-hander giving the extra leverage.

But anyway, Djokovic in 2 (Wawrinka retires with groin injury).

Payback? Payback for narrowly winning all of their closely-fought matches?

If anything it's Stan that will be hungry for payback.

I misspoke, my bad. That said, the 5-setter at the US could have impacted his chances against Rafa in the final, so that phrasing could still work.

Novak likes to dominate (like Roger did) and enjoys that feeling, however, so I think he might remember a player who gave him trouble like that and bring his game-face.

I think he will be this year though. But Novak at the AO is the second biggest mountain to climb in tennis these days (Nadal at RG being the other).
Novak in 4.

Once again, ESPN is showing the ATP how to put together a piece to actually promote the sport of tennis.

This Djokovic/Wawrinka recap mini-movie is pretty awesome.
