Yup. I'm going to bed. I'll find out the rest of the story tomorrow, after I get some sleep. It's 5:30 AM here. I stayed up for all 5 sets for the final of 2017, not going to do that again. Either Fed rights the ship or Tsits deserves to win. I just hope whoever wins has enough energy for the next match. Though I have to wager that Fed is due for a bunch of converted BPs soon.

classic Fed that set. Losing that set greatly decreases his chances of winning this tournament since this match is going 4 hours at least.

I think the opposite. Now that Cilic is out and B. Agut will likely be tired from all his matches, if Fed has any shot of winning he needs a stern test before possibly facing Rafa, let alone Novak. I'm still firmly of the belief that Fed got through that AO 2017 final because he was battle tested.

So personally I think this will only help if he manages to get through this one.
