Can you give me your opinion about these shoes, if they seem durable on clay courts, and if they have a clay court sole.

These shoes are the Adidas Clima Fast, I didnt see them around the web

they're kinda girly  .....not too fond of the rose coloured stripes but hey whatever works

u can paint the stripes with a magic marker( aka a F&*%^& felt pen)

I would say no becuase almost every shoe designed, built or do really well on clay have generous amount of deep herringbone pattern and this has little to none. The Clima shoes are kinda specific in that they are designed for people who have hot feet or need lighter shoes that breathe well and don't care too much for other features.

Let me explain further that the combo of a softer rubber, full herringbone pattern will allow for greater flex despite deeper grooves and not trap clay or dig it up becuase of the added flex.Smal herringbone pattern like on the PS 1000 by Wilson don't do nearly as well as the Barricade 3's grooving, but shoes like the NB 1000 have full herringbone in a softer rubber and despite it's mesh upper that gets dirty on hardcourts it does just fine on clay.It may do just fine, but there are better shoes than that for clay specific use.
