Arm Friendly & added spin strings?

I've been having some elbow issues lately that aren't terrible yet but I wanted to stop them before they got serious so I bought a prokennex Ki 5 racquet that is very arm friendly....I string my own racquets and I'm looking for something that is somewhat soft and arm friendly but also has added spin to put in this racquet when it is delivered tomorrow. Durability isn't my highest priority but the more durable the better. Any ideas on what string to try? I don't have a go to type of string/brand so I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.

Yea but natural gut is pretty expensive, and what is the durability like? Any ideas of something that I wouldn't need to fork as much $. I'd get pretty irritated if I strung natural gut and a few hours later it broke

plus currently my racquet that I play with has a flex of 71 and I'm playing with a poly-syn. gut hybrid. Even with the syn. gut in there to soften it up it still plays kind of stiff so I'm thinking anything softer than that would feel much more comfortable in the new racquet.....i just don't know what the options are because there are so many dif kinds of strings.

Prince Syn Gut TopSpin 15 gauge.

A very nice durable synthetic gut, that offers nice access to spin and good durability at a fair price. Also comes in a 16 ga., which has a little more feel and more spin, but for some reason I always broke it waaay faster than the 15 gauge. If I was going to be playing a lot of doubles I would go ahead and use the 16 ga.

You could always try a thin gauge synthetic gut or Multi. If you a not a big string breaker, 18 gauge multis are worth a try. You could buy a cheap set, like Prince synthetic gut 18 and see how it lasts. If it works for you, then you may want to dish out the extra $$ and try some multis, as they usually have a little more pop and comfort and durabilty, than your standard syn gut.

how about a hybrid of natural and multi? Brings the cost down and should be arm friendly.
