Does anyone know what the requirements for Asics tennis shoe 6 month warranty? The warranty card just says "unreasonable or excessive wear". I have a pair of Gel Res 7's I bought from TW in January and I've worn through the rubber and into the foam. Will they allow me to send these in for warranty?

my experience with asics is pretty good.
i have been using asics for about 8 years, started with the asics GR2
usually i use the GRs, but sometimes the challengers, as they fit me pretty good too although a bit wider
but for the price, they are a good value.
asics SS are way too narrow for me
i had a pair of challeger 9s where the upper failed along a seam and my little toe would stick out
of the upper. they were 11 months old, so i figured i was OOL, but asics said the upper warranty is 2 years
it cost me $10 to send them to asics for a replacement. i just provided the receipt.
the place where i bought them from was no help at all, fyi not TW.
i usually rotate my shoes, as i have 2 or 3 pairs in the rotation, so i cant take advantage of the outsole warranty.
anyway, i usually loose lateral stiffness rather than wearing through the outsole.
i have heard they will only do the outsole replacement once.
