Asics clay model on artificial grass?

Hi TW,
I'm considering Speed Solution 2 or 3.... but notice (being a Barricade user for last 10 years) that the sole is not the usual herringbone pattern. In my city most of the courts are artificial grass with sand, so they're slide-friednly (I understand the sand helps make for even bounces and preserves the turf)....
I have found a retailer that sells speed 3 clay model (herringbone sole).... is this better for use on turf courts ? Or stick with normal asics soles ?
Thanks in advance

Yao_guai_nz,

I would recommend an omni outsole. Our sister company, Tennis Warehouse Europe, sells them:

But if you don't want an omni, a clay outsole would be the next best option. We sell the clay version of the Solution Speed 3:

Thanks,

Thanks Brittany - you guys really know your stuff!!! Love it!

In my country, our club matches are played 70% on the turf and 30% on hard court..... I'm thinking the herringbone/clay model is best, agree?

Yao_guai_nz,

Yes, the clay outsole would probably be best.

Thanks,
Brittany, TW
Hi Brittany - I got the Sol Speed 3 clay's and they're good on the turf over here thanks!!!
For the record (for me personally) I'm finding them more comfortable than any of my previous Barricades and the Vapor 9.5 I just retired.
I hope they will last me a couple of seasons like my Barricades =)
