Asics Gel Resolution 5 / Solution Speed 2

I would appreciate your experience on the relative sizes of Asics models Resolution 5 and Solution Speed 2. Do they measure the same, or is either one more roomy, especially in the forefoot area?

I had a chance to try Resolution 5 in size 12 and Solution Speed 2 in size 11.5. The former is just a little too roomy and the latter feels too tight around the forefoot. I have a fairly wide feet, especially the hallux valgus (bunion) is fairly big.

So I am thinking if either the Res 5 in 11.5 or Solution Speed 2 in 12 would be a perfect fit?

I wear the same size in both the Resolutions and the Speeds. (size 11)

Can you feel any (even minor) differences netween the two, or do they feel exactly the same?
