Asics Gel Resolution: Replacement Shoelaces

What are folks using for replacement laces for Asics Gel Resolution 8/9 shoes? My son keeps shredding his laces on his left shoe (presumably from sliding) and I want to buy some backups to throw in his tennis bag. Thanks!

Update on my experience with the GelRes9s: Super happy with them! These are my first paid of Asics tennis shoes and I now see why they have such a following. Prior shows were Nike Vapor Pros (and the prior iterations - Vapor X, Vapor Tour 9.5), and the GelRes9s are so much better than the Vapor...

Update: I couldn't find an Asics outlet store near me in Bay Area so I bought a few pairs of laces on Amazon just now. Curtual Oval Shoelaces (half round).
