I was trying to find information regarding Asics OC shoes, but I do not find any information regarding this type of shoes. Do they work?

I play regularly on clay and hard. Both courts 10min away from my home.

Just get two separate pair.

Shoes used on hard court will be worn down and the tread will smooth out. Once tread depth is diminished you'll have no grip on clay.
I also play on clay and hard and have two separate shoes.
I'm a vigorous mover though, if speed isn't part of your game, you're probably fine.

Yes, getting 2 different pair is better. Omni court kind of work, but not that great.
