Athletic dna sizes

Hi all. Looking at an athletic dna mystery pack and I am wondering about sizing. I have a medium in one of their newer shirts, and I usually wear a medium for pants, 33 inch waist. Would getting a small on their 2013 shirts and shorts be too small?

Yes it would be to small. The shirts run true to size. You could go down a size in shorts since they stretch; but I wouldn't try it with the shirts. I also think you can not mix sizes on the mystery box.

In that case, would a large be too big in the shorts?

I actually don't own any ADNA shorts. Just the shirts. But I often buy smaller shorts in the brands I do buy. I don't like long baggy shorts. So I buy smaller. They fit at the waist and are more fitted everywhere else.
