But when the SE slot left open for Draper was voided, the first alternate gained direct admission to the MD, and that was him. Musetti was nowhere near that, as the MD entry list closed the week before Hamburg, when Moose was still waaay back in the rankings. The seeding instead is based on the most current rankings, therefore Moose gets the 1 seed for qualies. Draper instead gets the double shaft: pc-boosted out of Canada, and left out of Cincy as well. He'll presumably resurface near my old stomping grounds in the Piedmont Triad.
