Wide open draw, pretty much.

Berdy has a good chance at defending his title... he's playing the best tennis of all the top seeds, at the moment.

1st clay win of the season for marcos ! :)
[5] M Baghdatis (CYP) d. [Q] P Gojowczyk (GER) 36 61 62

still, he managed to lose a set against #384 (7 DF in one set... for 0 ace ?!... a bit of wind, maybe ?)... but hey, a win is a win, isn't it ? ;)
chiudinelli or ascione in the next round...

today is a fine day for ducks in munich so there are a lot of matches postponed due tomorrow..including the Cilic and Almagro matches.

This guy is comedy gold. He's muttering long stories that totally irrelevant what's happening in the match.

He's a complete plonker. I was watching that young Serbian guy and Zeballos in a tie breaker earlier, it was 4-4 and he was trying to tell us that the young guy was up a mini-break!

Sorry- wrong thread, that was the serbian tourney.

I think Almagro will be too strong for Cilic tomoro. Cilic was awful today and its on almagro's best surface, although I didn't think he'd drop a set to Kevin Anderson

I really wonder if the guy is watching the match all the time - one time he actually thought is was breakpoint for Di Mauro after he'd won a point, but it was actually a new game, with him serving, at 15-0. Just as someone described it, comedy gold.

bit of an upset win for baghdatis, 6-3 6-4. Served out the match from 0-40 down. He played pretty well, given its clay and all!

I´m really surprised with Cilic winning against almagro on clay even if he´s the king of headcase

Almagro has been pretty underwhelming this clay season. Definitely not in peak form. Didn't even do much in the South American swing, and in the 'real' clay season he can't beat Tsonga or Cilic. Not good.

Bert from Sesame Street is the commentator again.

I kinda hate this guy's delivery ... when he begins a comment, the first few words are lost in a mumble ... only good thing is he doesn't talk too much

lol ... the birds are chirping louder than his commentary!

Now he's mumbling about the actual match, but he used to mumble long stories about totally different players than the actual playing ones during the points. I guess this happens when you are around the Cookie Monster too much.

freedo is working fine for me..

Yuzhny is such a skillfull player, too bad he can't hit a forehand in court 3 times in a row
