This shows how awesome the ATP is: #3 tournament and while there are not huge names there, there are plenty of great players and there will still be some great tennis.

Would be interesting to see Cilic win. But have to go with Davydenko. There's no one in this draw (now that Ljubicic isn't what he used to be) who can hurt him.

Not that I would exactly bet on him winning the tourney, but Marin is 2:0 against Davy, so not exactly no one who can hurt him ;)

I'd like Niko to win.... but I think we all know Odesnik is going to drop the hammer French Open style.

While Davydenko is a ridiculously consistent Top 10 player, a threat anywhere, and I want to say it's a great way to start his tourney...

Davydenko has a weird habit of tanking against less than top 30/top 50 every so often, for really no reason at all at anytime in a tournament.

So yes it oculd be great for him, but with Warinka, Karlovic, Cilic, and other players there, it's a cautious cheer for the Russian. Or Wawrinka could win too I'll be happy

I'm going for Dayvdenko, but maybe Cilic can do some damage here.

Well they finally put up the Tuesday order of play. Up until an hour ago it was Monday's. Those Indians are supposed to be computer wizzes. Why aren't they on the ball?

Check the one on ATP site, they often have it far before. The tourny site seems to post it when they are about to start playing.

Thanks. I checked it both ways and got zilch. I see Wawrinka is struggling with his serves. 43% of first serves and 3 df. Cipolla is serving for the set.

 What is he doing there? Cipolla is not that hard of a draw for the first match.

I think Cipolla himself gives Stan a lot of problems for some reason, in the USO Cipolla took Stan to 5 sets.

Cipolla wins 6-4, 6-1.

Oh man, I actually dropped work for a time to see what's going on, even though I need to finish it if I'm to get any sleep. He was nowhere to be seen and spraying errors left and right, while Cipolla seemed on fire, hitting some pretty crazy winners.
Stan get back on track and quick.

Davydenko defaulted due to a heel injury, and rumor has it he pulled out of the Australian Open as well. Otherwise, no news because of rain.

Match: Cilic vs. Tipsarevic
Tip: Cilic
Comment: I really like Cilic game as i`ve said before. The Croat is playing really well of late an he`s serving to a high standard.Tipsarevic as been just impressive so far this season winning both matches in straight sets. Will be some great outright points won by both guys with there powerful ground shots they have but Cilic for me is stronger on the backhand wing more than Janko,an i feel Cilic may just target that wing.

ivo's seems to be playing well, since he's made a switch to the babolat racquet. He could possibly win the tournament, if he doesn't choke.
