Last year I was in Taipei and attended to the challenger tournament there, he won the title, he got broken only once all week (by Lacko).
He doesnt even look like he's putting much power, but the way he places it is amazing to see.

Yeah, the slice on the serve wide is brilliant

Nice point there, 3-2 Tomic back on serve.

Watching some play from the Kooyong Classic in Melbourne.

Lopez and Jordan Thompson are not happy campers!

Thompson pulling a Serena here.

-Had a meltdown earlier in the match? Check.
-Bashing to all corners? Check.
-Multiple foot faults? Check.

LOL - so many Roger fanboys have taken offence in seconds

No, it's not taking offence on behalf of Roger - it's plain dismay at your very odd statement - no need to try to insinuate a **** war where there is none.

Even Federer is Serve and Volleying more and more often these days - Thank Heavens!

What a relief from the endless baselinebotting

It's what Roger was made to do methinks.

Just woke up to see Tomic lost, shame I thought he might take this.
Tomic had a couple of set points in the 2nd set tie break but couldn't convert. Muller's wide serves to the ad court were unreturnable for the most part. It was a high standard match, 13-15 in the second set tiebreak says it all.

TD

Saw the Del Potro and Tomic matches live, recorded some video but I won't be able to post till Monday. Del Potro was outplayed, mainly due to his inability to hit a topspin backhand. Tomic and Muller was bloody close and they each played well, Tomic was just a little too passive. Got Kukushkin and Muller's Autograph which was a plus. I'm going to the final as well so I'll see if I can film some more.

how do you feel about tomic crashing out!?

Muller was completely GOATing. 80% first serves, 25 aces and only offered 2 break points. Tomic isn't at the stage in his career where he can really handle that, although he kept it very competitive. Few calls in the tiebreak were a bit dodgy but Tomic had run out of challenges. It's not a super important tournament and Tomic played well in his previous matches but it's definitely not encouraging.

Glad to see that tomic didn't just give up!
