Yep 100 % agreed...i believe the most levelheaded posters are the ones whose affiliation isn't immediately apparent, some people didn't know i was a fed-fan
True, thats what I think but cant count Rafa out of anything, you know?
Nadal is looking more and more tired as this tournament progresses.........
Happy B day. Mine comes during the USO. Good to have you as a poster. Hope you don't change your attitude. Some of the ones who have been around a long time, can really get tiresome with their snobbiness, bitterness, and rudeness. Anyway, nice to have you here. Oh, I lived in Elizabeth for a couple of years when my folks retired.I'm hoping murray takes this one because I like his game better, but I have a feeling that rafa will win. I wouldn't be upset if rafa won, but I prefer murray to win, and hopefully he will. It would be a nice birthday present seeing as they are playing on my birthday.![]()
Murray has an ankle injury he looked in pain yestarday Rafa should try and take his legs out.
If you're going to be welcoming people, I'd vote for those who use caps where appropriate. Give me something I can read.Good to have you as a poster.

watching these guys slug it out right now, and i just keep thinking, roger is still better than both these guys. he needs to get nadal out of his head and get back to winning everything.
Whats the point of having such a huge first serve if you never get it in?
each player has been broke their last 3 service games.
Murray is really fast to get far balls
congrats to murray! I'm happy that he won seeing as I was rooting for him. But also a big round of applause for Rafa. He is such a fighter, amazing!!! I did feel bad for him, but a part of me feels like he brought it on himself. Please don't think I'm bashing rafa because I'm not. He's always complaining about the schedule, yet he plays so many matches, I guess its not his fault he's always winning, but then they're matches like these where he shouldn't have played, but he did, and he got injured, and while I feel bad, I feel like all of this could have been avoided had he not played.
It's not all his fault, theres a certain number of tournaments you have to play and the scheduling is not much better, i believe this is the most convenient for him
yeah, I guess. I know you have to play 4 500 tournaments, but I still think he shouldn't have played this one. I'm not saying its all his fault, just a part of me feels that way. Rafa will definitely bounce back for sure, ready to battle it out.
Good for Murray. A win is a win is a win. Too bad that Nadal wasn't smart enough to stop the play so he would not aggravate his "injury" even more. But I suppose in his oppinion the injury was not that serious. Well, its his call. There is no ref around who can throw in the towel.
Murray does well in the standings. He picks up a clear 500 points and narrows Djokovic's lead to 1150 points. I don't want to go back to my earlier posts but I think I said that Murray can catch up with Djokovic by April 29. This is certainly a start in the right direction.
Rafa: Rotterdam, Dubai, and Barcelona. Monte Carlo can fulfill the fourth 500 requirement. However, Rafa is missing a 500 after the US Open which the ruels also require.thanks above for pointing out the rule for the news 500's...i didn't know that, but still feel rafa should have skipped this one..maybe it will pay off later in the year when he usually breaks down...does anybody know which other 500's rafa and fed plan to play?
