ATP is totally fixing draws.. So many good and HOT players to win a 500 ? Ridiculous.

Quite a difficult draw huh, amazing how Roger's image and credibility has been fading the last few months lol.

Why they have a 500 clay tournament in Hamburg this time of year is beyond me. Worthless.

Tough draw. It would be simultaneously funny and sad if he loses to Brands or Gulbis

Yeah, to make of all thing Madrid a 1000, a tourney that coincidentally never seeds out, anfd in the lead up to the French none of the players are
    happy playing.

I doubt he will lose to either one of those guys. Fed should win this title that much is obvious.

Federer holds the open era record for titles at this tournament with 4, and those were all won when it was a Masters series event before 2009. It would be cool to see him return and win it again, even if it's only a 500 event now.

Now this is a quality draw. Some big names in this event. And it is only a 500 series.

    A few other notable results:

Almagro comfortably into the 3rd round with a 6-3 6-3 win over Tobias Kamke.

Monfils over Andrey Golubev by the same score.

What happens when Fognini is on clay and cares about the match... At this rate, we're going to have a Fognini-Delbonis final.

Le Fog played his best match at the 2011 FO when he retired against Nole.

    Well played, indeed.

^That match against Montanes was legendary. How to get lost on a cakewalk. He hasn't played against Djokovic at all, he retired a day earlier. Or maybe your sarcasm is getting well over my head.
