But I didn't want to start a controversy, also because @Kralingen and I, after the initial clashes because of Sinner, became great friends thanks to the common passion that binds us to LeBron (and the aversion towards those who overvalue Curry).
I was simply wondering where this hatred towards Medvedev came from.
In the last 24 hours alone in the various threads I think he has mocked him a dozen times.
It is a long long story. To put it shortly, I despise the way he comports himself, and the hypocrisy with which his fans excuse his childish actions.

I'm supposed to be cooking here, and Fils gets a nosebleed right after a minor delay because of the wind

come on guys, get it moving

What a terrible volley to end the match

The most exciting moment of this 2025 edition of Indian Wells, Errani humiliating Berrettini at ping pong;

Obviously I eagerly await the comment of the "genius" who will answer "Italian tennis forum please".

It's just tennis.
I’d respond to it more than what I’m about to say,,but no point in ruining my best moment as a fan in a long time over it.

@Winner Sinner To answer your question, I got called mentally ill here just for being a Med fan last week, that’s why I don’t bother with this section 95% of the time. A majority of people in tennis are privileged hypocrites and I had my mouth full of it over the years, it’s part of why I don’t play myself anymore. I thank you for being a rare exception to that, especially as a fan of a dominant player.

But that’s all I need to say, don’t need to give such darkness any more credence.

Damn Fils kinda choked that one away but what a performance by the young man otherwise, he's clearly ascending.

Gotta admit he won me over a little bit. I think he is a player I can benefit from watching, and I like that he stays almost totally positive on court.

Having said all that, his Dad is a big slab of beef and I think Fils will have to slim down a bit. He's not a small guy and not naturally chiseled. Not as chunky as Giron but definitely not the prototype either

I said it in unsuspecting times that among the various Shelton, Rune, Musetti and Draper, the British is by far the most solid player, both mentally and in terms of play. If he manages to build a physique less subject to injuries, among the players born in the first half of the 2000s after Sinner and Alcaraz, Draper will have the best career.

Cerundolo has come to play. Missed a relatively easy putaway at 30-40 for the break though.

Carlos holds after getting to 0-40 in his first service game.

However, the Phoenix Challenger with the various Fonseca, Opelka, Borges, Moutet, Cobolli, Struff, Bublik, Safiullin, Nishikori, etc., in this 2025 edition has a participation that would be the envy of many 250s.
