What's happening in the Alcaraz/Dzumhur match? I had to leave after the opening game of the 1st set but saw that he won it 6-1. Now down 4-1 in the 2nd....
Casually observing the Alcaraz match and this is the 4th or 5th match this weekend I've had to mute due to the annoying kid chanting "Let's go _____ "
Dzumhur may grant your wish. Stay cool out there!Someone needs to take a match to 3 sets. I've got tickets tonight and at this rate there will be nothing to watch between 5-7.
It's Carl who cooks himself. As always.Dzumhur cooking Carl in the 2nd set
Finally, after months of glazing, until next clay season Alcaraz cult will stay quiet. Today he’s going to lose, at Us Open is going to lose, same for Indoor and AO. Sinner era is now, Alcaraz will maybe win 1 or 2 slams, but he’s finished.
If you don't like the polarisation between fanbases, then perhaps stop adding to the problem and clam up.Finally, after months of glazing, until next clay season Alcaraz cult will stay quiet. He saves his good tennis for the business end of tournaments always has, Sinner is just a robotic bore.Anyone still want to tell me Ferrero’s doing an amazing job? Anyone feel like talking him up and praise his elite strategy and coaching?
“Well he won”
That’s not the point, at all. Sinner wins 6-1, 6-1 routinely. Carlos makes a mess out of everything, he could be playing a Challenger and still drop inexplicable sets to mugs playing at a horrendous level.
Dzumhur is a once good player. 7 years ago.He saves his good tennis for the business end of tournaments always has, Sinner is just a robotic bore.
Sinner will never generate the "Ooohhs" and "aaahhss" that Alcaraz does with his exciting tennis style.
Dzumzur is a good player too, a lot better than whoeverDoperSinner was playing ...
Cmon only delusional ppl wouldn’t expect the steep decline of “no weapons” daddy Med with advancing age and fatherhoodWhy is Med so bad now?
Once again, changing something that needed no fixing.I find courts that have the same/very similar colors for both in and outside of the lines aesthetically unappealing and impractical for the viewer. I don't like it here, I don't like it at the AO, even with the different shades of blue I don't like it at the Tour Finals. Long live the supremacy of contrasting green and blue!
I assume USO still has green / blue?Once again, changing something that needed no fixing.
And it seems like they’ve made Cincy slower too
Why is Med so bad now?
Yeah, was just going to say there's something going on with that leg...Don't like that little hobble from Ben to go along with that tape.
I wish Zoid still posted here. I always enjoyed reading his insights.
If Alcaraz makes the Cincinnati final and loses to Sinner 6-7 7-6 6-7, he narrows the rankings gap with Sinner by 650 points. And if Alcaraz makes the Cincinnati final and loses to Sinner 0-6 0-6, he narrows the rankings gap with Sinner by 650 points. Not a bad position to be in. (And should Alcaraz beat Sinner in the final, he'd narrow the rankings gap with Sinner by 1,350 points!)And Raz needs to pick his game up, if he wants ti hang with Sinner from here on out.
Zero slams in any other era?

I don't think Alky will make the Cincy final. We'll see.If Alcaraz makes the Cincinnati final and loses to Sinner 6-7 7-6 6-7, he narrows the rankings gap with Sinner by 650 points.
