Let’s see him get by Djokovic first@Kralingen Sinner is crushing Alcaraz in Turin. Bookmark it and be my guest
Carlos would’ve dreaded Sinner indoorsHave to say that’s a pretty entertaining draw, happy with that.
There’s a ton of guys with a lot to play for here - at the top, Djokoraz for YE #1, and a 5 man race for 3 spots in Turin: Ruud, Rune, Tsits, Hurkacz, Fritz, Zverev all in the mix.
Obviously Shelton-Djokovic rematch would be fun especially with the jump Shelton has made post-USO, and then the possibility of a Djokovic-Rune finals rematch too in the QF.
Interesting to see how Fils plays in his native Paris, I’d probably make him favorite over Fritz in current form, would be a cracker between him and Rune.
Then you’ve got likely Sinner in the SFs although his quarter is boring.
On the other side though, Dimitrov Medvedev rematch in the 2nd round would be great, some fun potential early rounders, and then seeing Carlos really make a push for YE #1 will be intriguing.
I say they meet in the round Robin, and Alcaraz gets crushed and not make it past the group stageLet’s see him get by Djokovic first
Alcaraz doesn’t have a chance against Sinner indoors. Sinner will just eat his pathetic serve alive and make him run hopelesslyLet’s see him get by Djokovic first
Do you consider Sinner as baby Federer?Alcaraz doesn’t have a chance against Sinner indoors. Sinner will just eat his pathetic serve alive and make him run hopelessly
It's the call of the tournament.Damn, a potential Djokovic-Shelton rematch on a fast indoor court.
Things might get messy
They are not British, they are Finnish!
Do you consider Sinner as baby Federer?
Wow, Thiem didn't get a WC from the organizers and had to go into the qualification, he has a 2nd qualification round against O'Connell. It is unusual to see a Grand Slam winner play a qualify draw.
Precisely so. Lots to look forward to.Have to say that’s a pretty entertaining draw, happy with that.

Well, it looks like Djoker has the tougher draw by quite a bit this time.
Look at how much more interesting this tournament is in the early rounds. They very much need to drop slams to 16 seeds.
Becker should switch sides like Paul BearerWe could get Djokovic v Rune quarters. A Djokovic Becker reunion could be on cards.
Boris made it abundantly clear yesterday he's sticking with Rune.Becker should switch sides like Paul Bearer
Sinner would destroy Alcaraz every time if he hires himBecker should switch sides like Paul Bearer
It appears Shapovalov is done for the year, despite earlier claims from his camp. Interesting.
Well, we can hope for the best- I sure will. The kid can sure play when he sets his mind to it.Re-tooling, maybe? Will he unveil a new, unflustered Shapo in January? Would love to see it.
Great lineup in the doubles with heaps of singles players in action along with the top doubles teams.
Some big names:
Sinner/Wawrinka playing together
Djokovic/Kecmanovic! (possible pairing ahead of the Paris Olympics next year??)
One of many interesting first round encounters.Yes Fokina ousted Shelton!!!![]()
