How is Vacherot still running around like a jackrabbit?

Alcaraz ahead, but is being made to work out there.

Tasty volley

Raz not playing super well on return… lacking sharpness and decisiveness. Vache is no slouch on serve of course and is going for his shots. Still, I think he is not quite in the clay form he needs for Sinner yet

Still will win RG. Until we see Sinner gain a pertinent win over 4 hours in a BO5, Alcaraz is heavily favored

Why is Carlos returning the serves from Mallorca?
He’s trying to bait Vacherot into net approaches lol the one to get to 30-30. I dont like the strategy in general though. He’s clearly not used to it and his returns aren’t calibrated properly. Missing them too much. The whole point of deep return is to make all your returns and he hasn’t done that

Again, he is not playing that well.

I agree but no matter the result of this tournament, win or lose - he’s winning RG

Sinner looked better in Rome and way better at the FO until the finals. Lost both. Unless Sinner's amazing mug beating form translates to beating Alcaraz there's nothing to talk about.

It’s not really a comment on his chances vs Sinner, moreso the complete lack of competitiveness in tournaments up until the two play.

It’s frightening how Raz and Sinner can be objectively shaky and still drop 7 games vs the “field”. They’re like Formula 1 cars racing against Toyota Corollas , the gear they need isn’t anywhere near their max level.

Carlos right now :

I couldn't watch but Sinner spanked Zod real good.

While Alkeey boi has struggled in few matches here. Surely as of now Sinner is in better form?
We saw at RG 2025 - Sinner hadn’t dropped a set and only got broken twice leading up to the final and he ended up losing the final - though he had 3 MPs.

Whatever happens happens in the final. I’ve legit stopped looking at who looks more impressive leading up
