I’m going with:
Sinner wins a close one 7-6 7-5
Medvedev also wins easily 6-2 6-4

I think he has a testMed cruising.
It genuinely upsets me how much I’ve watched Karen Khachanov play tennis in the past few months.
It’s like eating the same ham sandwich without mustard or cheese over and over again. No flavorSo true
He suddenly remembered that winning this match would mean having to deal with Alcaraz again.Meddy has set point on his serve, puts in a DF and proceeds to drop his serve

It’s still boringIt's like everyone was bored with the way the match was going... including Medvedev!
Do you think Alcaraz's level is higher than the last year at Miami?Yeah. Still think Alcaraz will slaughter Med should they meet here.

Yeah Karen should’ve won this in straights had it not been for the net clipSolid from KK.
He's played very well this week. Honestly could have already won this match in straight IMO. Med doesn't look like a Miami winner this year to me.
Medvedev's form has fluctuated so wildly since Indian Wells started.
Can’t say I’ve been paying much attention to this match as I’ve got it on in the background but Med just seems to be grinding away from the back of the court and not much else.Solid from KK.

Yeah but it's still weird to see him have these dominant performances sandwiched between bad ones during the course of the week. There was no way he was going to keep up the good form he had in the three events prior to the sunshine double. Even that three week was almost out of the blue for him considering his level before then.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I think this has been a really nice watch. Lots of long rallies with good patience and tactical play. I'm enjoying the hitting at the very least. Seeing them both try to figure out how to transition from neutral rally to offense has been fascinating, with Khachanov taking more of the risks. It genuinely upsets me how much I’ve watched Karen Khachanov play tennis in the past few months.
When he won Rotterdam, they left a hot mike near him before the trophy presentation. There was a former player (forget who) that was the tournament director or something. He made a comment to Medvedev that he must be practicing really hard recently. And Medvedev's response was pretty interesting, as he basically said that he has always practiced the same way, always practiced hard, but for some reason things just started clicking again. So maybe he doesn't even know what's really going on.There was no way he was going to keep up the good form he had in the three events prior to the sunshine double. Yes, he looked very vulnerable on the points where Khachanov managed to put together a few good offensive shots. Both Sinner and Alcaraz are better than Khachanov in that department, so...He likely get to the final, but if he doesn't find a very very high for it, he is going to get hammered IMO.
Medvedev is the undisputed #2 in the World.
Meddy came alive when it mattered. Looking good to reach his 5th consecutive atp event final.
Olympics?Have to give him credit in making all big HC finals in his career now.
