This little patch of tennis over the past few weeks is probably the best I've seen Medvedev strike the forehand. Hope it stays...

What a let off, out of fricking nowhere, really should have been 6/2 3/1. Now it's back on serve... Edmund winning 5 straight points.

Edmund hanging in there, Medvedev a lot less clinical in this 2nd set, a couple of loose patches of tennis.

Still serving at a high percentage, but the forehand breaking down big time in this game. 2 BPs here. OMG, what a terrible gift of a game. Edmund breaks for 5-3.

Coric is so bad. Broken from 30-0 and also missed a lot of basic shots mid rally. Had chances to get bp in opelka’s final service game too. But dumped a bunch of easy shots to the net...

Impressive how consistently deep these 1st serve returns from Medvedev are from far behind the baseline. Not much swing to Edmund's serve, makes it a little easier.

He will now serve for the match.

Today's pick of the matches: Nick vs Khachanov. Its an exciting matchup. Nick in 2 close sets. Nick is going to be untouchable on this surface as long as he's fit and motivated. Hope he wins the title here.

Got the word from TC that they will put up replays for ATP matches next week -- after the finals. Replays currently available on ESPN??

Replays for WTA on TC should be available about 24 to 48 hrs after the live event

Medvedev has really shined this year. However, he's also played a ton of tennis. When it comes to the USO, I think he'll just tire out in round one or two.

Nishikori vs Nishioka about to start - let's see if we are any closer to a Japanese changing of the guard...

Nishioka takes the first set tie-break 7-2, pretty much handed it after five unforced errors and a double fault from Kei.

The 2 Nishis battling it out on Grandstand with Little Nish taking the 1st set on the breaker. Big Nish looking under the weather. Is his evil twin Injurikori about to make yet another unwelcome visit?

Nishikori saves a break point to hold for 2-2. Very erratic play from Kei, firing backhands down the line one point and then shanking a forehand out the next, while Nishi the younger is defending well and solid from the back of the court.
