In this match I believe Lacko was stronger, considerably.
After winning the first set (6-4) and after the first game of the second set (where Donskoy won a service game), I saw Lasko very laxed. I had a feeling he already knew he would win the match -- actually it looked like he let Donskoy win a few games to make him look like a good loser (losing with honour), as if he didn't care that much since he had realised he would have won the match, without a doubt. It didn't look like a real competition, but a friendly match.
So, now I wonder how Donskoy managed to defeat Federer last year in Dubai (ATP Dubai Championship) being ranked as #116.
Some people that it was simply a bad day for Federer since he had just went through the AO (winning the Slam, actually) so he was not in shape. Others say Federer is not as skilful as he used to be in 90s. Moreover they say that setting aside the victories in the Slams, you can actually see that Federer is very weak in the other tournaments.
