So Delpo still not recovered with all those months off? Sad.

MM played well. Crazy good court speed and presence. But, Delpo was in pain just walking. Djoker shows more grace at the net after he obliterates a qualifier. Rubbed me the wrong way. Just sayin.

I think McDonald was just overjoyed to get his first win over a top player and couldn't help himself. I doubt he had expected to come out of this match the victor. Del Potro's movement was obviously hampered by his knee injury (didn't bother to move for several potentially returnable balls in that last set). I wonder if he came back too soon?

Delpo should have stopped playing after 1st set. It was not a smart thing to do to continue

Apparently he has withdrawn from Acapulco so he’s losing 500 points as defending champion. There’s also a potential 1000 points he could drop if he also withdraws from IW.

Coastal South Florida only needs some wind off the Atlantic to kick up spotty showers when it’s as warm as it has been this week. The rain has passed for now and Isner leads 4-1 one break.

He never seems to have any luck at Delray Beach. He's played it 8 times and got as far as the semi-finals on 4 occasions (2012-14, 2019) but has never got to a final!

Despite having a little more court time on the tires (2 qualie matches and three total 3-setters in his six matches), I give Evo at least an even chance vs either Albot or Double Mac.

The delray draw always seems to get blown out. This year looked to be different as delpo and isner looked to have easy rides to the final. Oops. Delray loses yet again.

This tournament is brutal for favorites. Last year's draw looked amazing and it totally blew up. Nice to Tiafoe to win the tourney but overall a disappointing Delray. The 2017 tourney had looked good with Sock and Raonic in the final.... Until Raonic withdrew on Sunday morning with an injury. No final... Just a lame 1 set exhibition with sock and some retired former pro.

McDonald has had a big week. He obviously hit a wall after the biggest win of his career. Similar situation at the Dallas Challenger with Krueger. He’ll stabilize
