Pack it up, pack it inMore a collapse. Fils played some nice points though.
Alex De Minaur lost to Fils today in straight sets. 75 62.
Probably gassed. He was leading 5:3 in the first set and ultimately lost it 75. Legless after his encounter with the GOAT depite not really challenged because Rafa stopped competing after he lost the first set because he didn't want to go to 3 sets to stand a chance of winning the match saying he wanted to avoid being on court for over two hours at this stage of his comeback.Wow what happened to Alex? Gassed??
Nadal looking worse today than yesterday.
Clearly not a big Norrie fan here, but also don't get why he is so underrated. He won Indian Wells and got to the Semifinal of Wimbledon... could've even won it without Djokovic. Won many other titles including a 500 on clay. Beat Alcaraz twice in their last 3 matches. Beat Nadal and Rublev last year. Beat Ruud this year at the Australian Open and then took Zverev to 5.I predicted the Fils upset of De Minaur. He'll get to the semis now.
Norrie, I don't know how he gets to where he does. I'll still mostly pick his opponent over him.
It really matters who was in the field during IW.Clearly not a big Norrie fan here, but also don't get why he is so underrated. He is always an underdog in these kind of tournaments. No one beats him comfortably if you look at his results. Nothing shocking to see him win against Mayot or Bautista.
Probably because almost everyone here hates him. I’m still unsure about who is the most hated player on tour. It must be very close between Norrie and de Minaur.Clearly not a big Norrie fan here, but also don't get why he is so underrated. Most hated: the Zedrot, Norrie is not that far behind though, de Minaur on 3rd.I’m still unsure about who is the most hated player on tour. It must be very close between Norrie and de Minaur.
Zverev actually has a fan base, however small. The other two have no fans whatsoever. Most hated: the Zedrot, Norrie is not that far behind though, de Minaur on 3rd.
Norrie has the most awful looking strokes I have ever seen. I don't need pretty strokes all the time but it's as ugly as walking into a run down gas station's public bathroom. I'd rather watch cows grazing. He can't even make it past the qtrs of a 500 event with a low competition field.Zverev actually has a fan base, however small. The other two have no fans whatsoever.
Initial fine is in order of $10k-25K. Can't have sensitive Gen Z players doing that.Demon didn't like the crowd today:
I don’t see him winning RgA tough battle for Tsitsipas. Gut check time.
Two shanks back to back was really bad. That was really poor shot selection from Tsitsipas, very lucky he is still in it.
40-15 for Tsitsipas similar to Fed?
