It's probably for the best that Zverev is serving first in this final set, It means if he breaks Sinner from now on, he doesn't have to hold knowing he's already ahead. We all know that's his kryptonite.

Big Z has a chance to save tennis and secure the YE #1 for Carlos. Do it - stop pushing the FH!!!!
Sinner literally crapped his pants all year in BO3. Always some fitness issue and im not even excusing him for the 3 month ban. And to add the horrific choke in the FO final. 2024 was a better season

Because he has been playing non-stop for the past 6 months or so.

tbh i wish z wins it to prove my repeated shxt era claim is wrong
what the hxll he is doing?
unable to defeat an apparently injured sinner?

Myth. He's almost even with both in terms of H2H at slams

It's only the AO this year that was one-sided. Every other match played at slam level he's either took them to 4-5 or has beaten them.
His ass got walloped by prime Sinner and got beaten helplessly by Oldovic. Plus being almost 30 doesn’t help

I feel bad for Zverev, he played his heart out. But that game to break in the end was sensational from Sinner.

It depends. If he’s focused yes. First set I feel he was letting his forehand fly. But in tight moments he gets tight.

Same old story with him sadly. His tennis is equal but his mind isn't and that's one thing both Sinner and Alcaraz have absolutely down is focus in the tight moments. Both mental giants and as usual, he chokes right at the end. He isn't going to change and he's probably going to end his career slamless because of it.

This was damn close. What gives. Austrian boy felt the pressure in front of the home crowd? I thought for sure he'd run away with the third.
Well he didn't allow Zedrot any BPs in the last two sets, like in the AO final. Could've broken earlier but wasn't seriously threatened at any point.

Did you not see him lose to a Geriatric Djokovic and FAA in 4 sets this year in slams? His tennis is not equal.
