Struff from 0:40 to deuce but is broken anyway. Sinner looking very good here, great returning, commanding groundstrokes.

Third dropped tiebreaker of the week for Sinner, making him 0-3 in tiebreaks.

@dking68 One of the most impressive aspects of Sinner's unbeaten run is that it is entirely on the basis of his goat groundstroke game. He is still not as mentally tough as would be ideal. Either that or he keeps picking up temporary injuries right at tiebreak time.

Well, well, Struff takes the breaker 7:1. I still think that Sinner is going to win this but he did lose his edge a little. On to the 3rd set!

Looking like Sinner will be able to hone his return skills again against a certain Eubanks.

Semifinals in Halle looking like a tall order for the top seeds.

I guess 197 cm across the four, with Sinner being the small kid at only 192 or 193...

Not as consistent as I expected .. his ground game ain't great but then it has always been like that.

Interesting. Could be finding his range, or just not quite on his best serving form. I see he dropped serve once today and once in his first round match but didn't drop serve in his second round match. Seems as though he's still hard to break even when not serving all that consistently.
