Calling this for Alcaraz tomorrow. There's no way on earth he's losing to a fellow Spaniard especially RBA and he won't lose to Lehecka.

Not sure if I can count on Draper as a favourite for Wimbledon this year. He has issues and needs to work on them.
Never underestimate his capacity for clowning.

Remember, Lehecka has already pasted him badly this season. I don’t see any reason to believe Carlos is above losing to Jiri.

Surely Alcaraz is now gunning all the way to a second Queens title.

Absolutely. It's so odd to see someone clearly so good on clay make a very good transition to grass so quickly too. Sinner still the man to beat on hard court but Alcaraz certainly seems to be mopping up the non-hard courts.

And Sinner is only the man to beat on hardcourt because he's not having to play Alcaraz at the hardcourt slams...
Alcaraz 5-2 vs. Sinner on hardcourts, and 2-0 last year.
Djokovic was the key to Sinner's AO victory :P

Right there was the main difference between Carlos/Sinner. Carlos actually has a slice. LOL. Sinner almost 2 years older and still thinks a slice is italian pizza

Will winning 2 Wimbledon titles as well as 2 Queens put him above Nadal on grass already?

Not quite but it would be extremely close, easily passed over the next few years imo. No doubt in my mind Alcaraz will surpass Nadal on grass and probably even Murray too sadly.

The draper hype at Wimbledon should be a little less smug now on the bbc.

I don't think they're smug as he hasn't won any GS yet, there's nothing to be smug about. Hyping a home player is not being smug.

In any case, he's been recovering from tonsilitis this week, so getting to the semis is pretty solid.

Carlos goofing off again. Just end these matches. Why do you goof around with all these bottom feeding bums? Its better to be off the court and resting then unnecessarily prolonging these matches. It becomes a bad habit you can't break. Just break early and get it over with

Wow. What a FH laser by Alcaraz to break Agut. That’s 15 FH winners for Alcaraz .

That’s likely goodnight, Irene

Wow. That’s ace #13 for Carlitos. His serving has been lights out today. If he learns to serve like this consistently, then the rest of the tour will be in massive trouble.

It's 6-4 and 4-3 up a break after a straight set win his last match. He's hardly breaking a sweat

You mean the Grandaddy he beat twice in a row in Wimbledon finals when he was a younger and better grandaddy?
So glad Carlos stepped in and stopped Novak the looter and saved tennis

You're so predictable, always refusing to give credit to Alcaraz and/or calling the entire tour after the 90s generation and the Big 3 MUGs

I give him credit for pulling out RG with those match points no doubt. But jeesh why does he deserve credit beating this horrid field? He should with ease. As he should beat Djokovic on one leg. . He doesn't deserve any credit for crap he should be doing

Tennis is hard, these are professionals. Even the Big 3 had some wars to lesser players on the way to slam wins. Some of you guys place too high of an expectation on these top guys, they're not going to blow everybody off the court. Sinner just lost his first non-Alcaraz match since a year ago, Alcaraz has now won 17 in a row including two Masters and a Slam. These two have won the last 6 slams. They're incredible players, generational talents, that should be celebrated not picked apart IMO.

Carlos hasn't won this title yet.

But even if he does, Nadal has several more Wimbledon finals, lost against some of these most successful grass players ever at the height of their powers.

If he wins another Wimbledon, though, he'll be ahead of Nadal in terms of grass results.

So now you think it should be hard for the top 2 tennis players in the world to beat Bautista-Agut in a grass semis? A dude that has never done anything in his career? This like being a senior and picking on 6th graders. These are journeymen talents
