If Raonic can't beat Murray while one set and 3-0 up in the second on grass and with his serve, there's really no hope for him. Murray raising his level is no valid explanation for this, because even then Raonic should be able to hold his serve until the end. This was gifted more than it was won.

Raonic has been firmly put in his place at the end. Muzziah wins.

Looool@ Raonic. You're not winning any big tournaments (not even ATP 500s) any time soon, buddy. Looks like you and the rest of the #NextGen so-called are going to have to wait until after the Big Four retire. Pathetic. Used to be the upstarts pushed the established players into retirement. Pathetic.

Raonic true mugishness coming out after 1st set. However, it's actually first time in a while I can remember a non big 4 member going toe to toe with an on form Murray or Djokovic in a while (Murray wasn't playing badly at all in 1st set). I'm sure it's probably happened with Murray recently but it really seemed to really sink in this time.

Perfect illustration of the way in which Murray allows negative emotion to control him at times. There wasn't much excuse to drop serve at 0-1 in the second, since Murray's hold game was impregnable all day. He chose to feel bad about the first set, and allowed that negativity to carry over into the first part of the second set.

For one moment, it seemed an upset might happen but in the end Murray was just too solid. It was a good match. Watch out for Raonic, Kyrgios, Zverev, Thiem, etc. They may pull off some surprising results at Wimbledon.

Congrats to Murray on the 37th title of his career and a record 5th at Queens. I have to say it was amazing how quickly the match turned from 3-1 in the 2nd set. Raonic was playing the best I've ever seen from him but then Mainad made his appearance and the rest is history. Talk about anti-jinxing at its finest - even I was in awe! :p

This is just what Murray needed after the french open final lost. Straight back into winning ways and pretty much confirming his place in history at Queens with 5 titles there. Something i dont think will be beaten easily for a long time, he might even add to the 5. Lets just hope he (and Raonic) can keep this kind of grass form up going into Wimbledon.

absolutely no reason for raonic to lose that after such a lead

he won't be winning anything at Wimby with such a mental game

it's not like murray's gonna win at SW19 anyways so it doesn't really matter but still, shame about this match

Yeah it's really bad when he can't beat a bum like Murray. From a set and a break up....

You must be really upset Levi .... :-(

If Murray had defeated Novak in Madrid, he'd have defended titles on all 3 surfaces. ;)
