Djokovic doesn't have to win another 7 or 8, to prove he was/is a better player than Federer. Nadal, another matter, but Fed no.

The slam count is a very misleading statistic.
Without more slams few people are ever going to buy into that.

Meanwhile....

Rafa prepares for his next early round defeat to a journeyman or unseeded player.

Lol

Fed is such a Moron. Stupid stubborn oaf. I mean full credit to djoko who is playing unbelievable and was always going to win but fed's performance is just.....
To be fair, it may well just be the natural behaviour of any player who can reach 15 or more slams. Those types have to be stubborn. It makes sense. I'm sure we'll see the same when djokovic gets older and he's playing a younger player.

for ppl saying this is perfect tennis from djokovic, no. Djokovic playing pretty well, but federer is 34, and is playing pretty bad, serve not good, forehand no power, backhand no power. THIS is perfect tennis:

What also strikes me is how much Novak's normal rally shots bother Federer. He wins the majority of the points without even having to play close to his best.

And another landmark...Roger gets to 15-30...make that 15-40...2 breakpoints!

Never mind if he breaks. He's MADE a break point.

I might even prefer if Fed lost in straight instead of sneaking in a set. I'll feel sad knowing that Fed might've actually stood a chance if he played his A-game from the start instead of messing it up for 2 sets.
