I rewatched it ten times or more. I still cannot believe it wasn't a net beep!guys I was live at the stadium when Rafa was serving for the match 30-0 up that ace I thought I heard the machine beep for a let, I was thinking that and thought in that split second it’s a let first service I went back to watch the full match live and I still hear that beep like it was a let and not called not that it makes a difference. But just to see if anyone else here’s this beep as well it’s at 5:10 I try to zoom in to see but it’s way to hard to see a slight clip of the net..
So I’m not delusional, and that is the beep they use for the net. Was that a blip by the umpire. Fatigued by the matchI rewatched it ten times or more. I still cannot believe it wasn't a net beep!
why would nadal win the WTF in january?Matteo in 3rd round?
I'm afraid that Rafa won't win the ATP finals unless it is moved to the January.
I have a crazy thought to have Rafa winning the Paris Olympic 2024 and that would make it Double Golden GS. But Novak might achieve a Triple Career GS first.
For Rafa fans. Still cant believe that he managed to pull out a Houdini act against Medvedev.
If Federer is somehow able to create a fairytale ending at Wimbledon as well that would just make the year for me.
Dimitrov, Zverev, Tsitsipas and Medvedev all won it, so Nadal can too, just a matter of getting the right draw.I'm afraid that Rafa won't win the ATP finals unless it is moved to the January.
Nahh, its indoor ping pong, Nadals game is made for the great outdoors.Dimitrov, Zverev, Tsitsipas and Medvedev all won it, so Nadal can too, just a matter of getting the right draw.
Nadal is the best five-set player in history.Because he's Nadal. And Joker isn't
It is, but Nadal beat Tsitsipas at 2019 ATP Finals, and again at 2020 ATP Finals.Nahh, its indoor ping pong, Nadals game is made for the great outdoors.
Do you think that in Turin in the next two editions the Spanish player can surprise everyone and finally win the great title that he lacks in his tennis career? It is, but Nadal beat Tsitsipas at 2019 ATP Finals, and again at 2020 ATP Finals.
Also Nadal beat Medvedev at 2019 ATP Finals, and almost beat Medvedev in straight sets at 2020 ATP Finals.
So he's very capable of winning it.
Yes I think his chances are excellent of doing that, and I think he will.Do you think that in Turin in the next two editions the Spanish player can surprise everyone and finally win the great title that he lacks in his tennis career?
I think that Nadal would not like to miss a couple of editions of the ATP Finals in the new venue, especially since it will most likely be his last appearances in that great tournament.Yes I think his chances are excellent of doing that, and I think he will.
But if he's injured and doesn't even play it, that's fine too, I only care about winning the slam race.
Being fresher at the beginning of the year!why would nadal win the WTF in january?
I rewatched it ten times or more. I still cannot believe it wasn't a net beep!
Is it wrong to use it this way?!why the double negative?
Jesus, Nadal, can you please just go down. Please go down.
To be fair, 96% odds would've been a pretty safe bet.Back when I still gambled on tennis
Thought you still areBack when I still gambled on tennis
I'm just too old and matured enough to run away after failed predictions.. I will be here regardless of outcome.I'm very confident that Med will win.
Another AO. Another 5 set loss for Nadal.
What is the record for losing finals in a slam?
As if you hadn't made mistakes many more times and you're still here, right? Not sure what you are laughing about, when last year you predicted Djokovic was not winning another RG or another USO. That is a double fail.
As if you hadn't made mistakes many more times and you're still here, right?
No, they have been worse but your pride won't let you admit it.Not ones that are THAT bad.
No, they have been worse but your pride won't let you admit it.
It's okay anyway, it's part of the game.
That says you're interested in something that shouldn't catch your attention in a sports forum.LOL - Yeah because I made a prediction about a specific player never to win a certain slam, and have it fail not once but TWICE over in the same year. Your level of fail on that prediction was next level. Which is why I just find it interesting you laughing at other people's failed predictions.
That says you're interested in something that shouldn't catch your attention in a sports forum.
You take this too seriously, bro.
