What is the draw of 'Shaggy'?

Med's draw to the quarters is really light. There it's Fritz, and I would call that roughly 50/50 which might be a hot take. I really don't know what level Med will come out in, guessing maybe USO 2024 level which probably isn't enough to beat Fritz.
