Yes, I think it is fair to say that Federer has choked in numerous Grand Slam finals, but I think it could also be said that he should be applauded for making his opponent work so hard to defeat him.
 
Federer's average must be boosted considerably by the 2014 Wimbledon final alone. He won at least 8 more games in that match than he should've done!

How can you say this proves he chokes? Personally it looks to me like Federer is least likely to be dominated and battles it out more than any other champion.

BTW win v. lost percentage has Djoker the biggest choker out of the Big 3, so there's that....
