Babolat aero or pure storm or Wilson blx for 11 year old girl ?

My 11 year old daughter presently plays with a Babolat Aero pro lite which she has only used for about a year. She likes the racquet but is starting to feel it a little too light. She does not like the pure drive or z drive range so I am thinking to stick with the aero pro but move up to the next one which I believe is the aero pro tour and is about an ounce heavier. Is that a logical thing to do ?

She previously liked the Wilson BLX lite so something in the BLX range might be an alternative . Or maybe the Pure storm .

Any suggestions ? I think 10.5 to 11 ounces with 100 head size would be best but I know frame stiffness is also important.

She likes to hit the ball hard from the baseline but also gets to the net when she can. Her Aeropro is strung a little loose with Babolat Hurricane 16g pro tour.

aero pro TEAM is the next logical step. it is a big jump from the lite to the pro for an 11 year old girl IMO, unless she is big and strong

I like this as well

my daughter use 6.1 team blx, i added lead tape to 11.5oz. when babolat offered her full sponsorship, she tried all babolat rackets, I found the pure storm is very similar to 6.1 team. but you need to generate the power. aero drive or storm is kind of wild if you swing hard. you have to brush a lot to be able to add control. hope this help. by the way, she is 11 too.

Thanks. Did she notice any difference in playing with a 95" head size ? All the others are100

i believe Storms are 98". but anyway, she liked the purestorm right away probably because the similar shapes. she told me she does not like Aero(s). Pure drive is just too wild for her.

I must be running into different 11 year old girls than other posters. I can't recall any that couldn't handle an 11 oz stick in competition. The girls are most times a little more mature and stronger than the boys at that age. 11 is the age they have their biggest advantage over the boys until the boys start blowing by them strength wise in a year or 2.

I recently got my son (8 year old) a Yonex RQIS XL 100 lite with a 4 1/4 grip - it suits him perfectly. The specs are spot on and they are on clearance and all the internet sites. Way better quality than the Pure Drive Lite we demoed. The Pure Storm may be too hefty IMHO

The dunlop biometric 500 is 10.3 ounces and 100 sq inches. Also the yonex S-Fit 1 Lite at 10.6 ounces and 100 sq inches.

So far we have narrowed it down to 3.

Babolat Aeropro Team

Head youtek IG speed elite

Wilson BLX tour

All similar weight and flex. Waiting to demo the Head and Wilson. But does the smaller 95 head size and longer frame 27.25 make the Wilson a bad choice for an 11 year old ?
Any views on the Head ?
She has tried the Aeropro Team and because it is not much of a change from her existing Aeropro Lite she found the transition easy and definitely seemed to get more power on Groundstrokes and more stable at net. But she did say that her shoulder was a bit sore on serve after playing with it for 2 hours. But I remember she said that when she first used the Aeropro Lite and after a couple of times that disappeared.

Are you guys still with R.M.?We will be there in a couple of weeks.

The Dunlop Biomimetic 500 also looks the nicest in my opinion, not sure how it plays though.
The Yonex S-Fit 1 is said to be a little odd, make sure you check the TW reviews before buying and maybe even demo 4 or 5 rackets?

My duaghter just turned 11. We got her 2 demo racquets. Pure Storm Team GT and Head YouTek IG Speed Elite. She loved Head and the coach also thought her balls had more bites to them.
