Babolat Aero Pro Drive 98 - Lots of vibration when using it

Hello! I recently purchased a Babolat Pure Aero 98 (2023 model), and I've noticed that even when I use a dampener, I still feel quite a bit of vibration. I'm not sure if it's the dampener itself or if the racket naturally vibrates a lot. If you've also experienced significant vibration with your Pure Aero 98, please share your experience and how you've dealt with this issue. Thanks!

I assume you mean Pure Aero 98 or Pure Aero VS. What string and what ref tension? Certain combos of strings/tension vibrate at a harmonic of frame. When that happens, vibrations are amp until the string bed calms down. The fix is to (1) change tension or string or (2) change frame frequency by adding lead tape above or below 3 and 9 or (3) using a worm style dampener or (4) using a gel replacement grip.

I can confirm that a gel replacement grips really helps (f.e. Wilson Shock Shield but there is also a gel replacement grip from Babolat). It will not reduce the vibrations in the frame but you will feel less vibrations in the arm. For reducing vibrations please check the tips from 'esgee48'.
