They're going to be the replacement sets for the Woofer series of Pure Drives, being the original Soft/Pure Drives were not sold in the US. They should coem with the bumper. Every kit I've ordered from them has had it.
Good luck installing them.....The most difficult grommets to install ever! You may need to use a hair dryer to warm the grommet, making it more pliable.
