Babolat Pop help

Hi Everyone

I am going mad, wondering what has happened to my Pop.

On my phone, I have a red circle in the top right corner.

Somehow my sensor is not paired anymore.
When I try to pair, I get this message:

"This sensor is already paired with another user, please ask him to unpair from his app first....".....

Only I have used this sensor.

I have had my tablet linked up too, so I could view my stuff on that instead of my smaller screen.

Beforehand, I was able to view everything on my tablet....

However, now I can't get either one to pair.

So how do I unpair and then repair once and for all?

ps.....in the midst of my angry session, I tried pressing the babolat button on the sensor 5 times, for what its worth

Pressing the button five times quickly should reset it and give you some quick blue flashing pulses as I recall. The app should then pick it up and offer you the chance to pair it with ONE device as you have cleared it.

As I understand it, you can have the app on multiple devices to check over your data (which is pretty basic what they give you), but only one of them can be the syncing device. Having said that, it should still sync to your account with whichever one you have it paired with, but just stick to the one that you use most.
