Babolat Propulse 2 Titanium and Babolat Propulse 3

I was looking to buy a pair of Propulse 2 Titaniums and I am a size US 11.5 for them but when I decide to get Propulse 3's what size should I get?

Heard the Propulse 2 Titanium runs a size or half size small.

They do run small. I am a woman and have wide feet and cannot wear womens tennis shoes (trust me...I've broken a toe and lost 3 toenails). My Propulse 2 are a 7...which is odd considering I wear a women's 7 in normal women's shoes/heels.

So you think if I am a US 11.5 in Propulse Titanium I should get a US 11 in Propulse 3?

TW states that Propulse 2 Titaniums length is true to size ... :/
