Has anyone hit with the 2016 Pure Aero VS? If so, can you please post your initial impressions?

No reviews on TW yet and strangely not for sale on TW either - wonder if they'll have it soon.

Hit with it yesterday. It's great. I like the tight pattern. Nice low ball flight.

Feels more like a PC than an Aero. That said I thought it had more power than the PC line.

I'm curious where I will end up on string for this stick. 16x20. I just threw in some SG at mid to play with it. Might be fun with 18 or 19g tour bite?

Anyone know if it's similar to the pure storm tour? It seems like it might be if some lead is added and I need to switch rackets as mine are close to breaking and can't find replacements.

I have one with some silicone in the handle and 2g total at 11 and 1.
I have it strung with Hyper G at 52 lbs.
Tons of spin. Very stable. Slices are great too.
The feel is more Pure Control than Pure Aero.
Good control on ground strokes and plenty of control and power on serves.
A buddy of mine that usually plays with an APD or a PA liked the stability. He said that it feels more substantial than other two.
Despite the fairly high RA, it feels very plush. One of the rare frames I can play full poly in the 50s.

I took out pure aero tour and pure aero vs tour and no question for me vs is a better racquet for my game. Stability ease of use less tiring to use over course of a set.

Of course they are totally different racquets that babolat is trying to merge under one line but imho it deserves a line of its own that is exactly in between pure control and pure aero.

It is interesting to me that most pros that use this racquet use cortex version while I don't see much of a difference between old and new one at all.
