Babolat Pure Control 95 Plus vs Babolat Pure Control 95 tour Plus

Is the only difference 18x20 for the plus and 16x20 for the tour plus? I prefer a lower ball flight and volleying as I play doubles. Basically which one is better for serve n volley, lower returns and overheads.

Also looking the Technifibre Tflight 320XL did they make a 27.75 and 27.5 I'm seeing two specs for it. Thanks

The 95 Plus will be more maneuverable due to its smaller head (95 vs 98) & lower static weight/SW (3g less, ~10 SW points less). These things combined with the denser string pattern will give you more overall control. The TW playtesters really hated the Tour+ on Return, gave the two frames similar ratings on the Volley, and liked the 95+ more on the serve. You can always modify the 95+ a bit more to your liking, and the denser string pattern & smaller head should give you the lower ball flight you want.

Thanks for the input, so this is the best current 27.5" racket for doubles, serves and volleys etc? Seems at $129 it's a decent candidate.

Some of that can be attributed to the lower Swingweight. Also, the smaller headsize could be less wide at certain points, which would reduce the twist weight as well.

The PC95+ is not unstable at all, however, against heavy hitters, is does bleed pace from an incoming shot and it really forces you to swing fast to regain the ball's momentum. It has GREAT control, however I've had to fight and swing harder to push my opponent back once in a rally situation. That being said, if you serve and volley, there's no better stick out there... reminds me of a PS 85 with a larger head a 1/2 more reach. Very nice stick, just not for my game anymore.
