I've heard that babolat PD's have more power when they are new and they lose power after a while has anyone had a PD go dead? or have any expierences with there newer PD playing different then an older one i have one PD+ that has been threw about 4 string jobs and seen some abuse but i think it plays better then my newer one has it gotten slightly dead and im just use to it or something?

well...you can't really judge whether a PD is more powerful unless two PDs are strung at the exact same tension w/ the same string...but to answer your question, no i have not had a problem w/ different PDs...they were all too powerful for me :)

My PDs (when I used them) never lost any power nor had any difference in hitting at all. This is something that must be in your head. Either that or defective racquet.

Babolat PD is the best racquet i've ever used. You want great serves? you want great gorunstroke? you use Babolat PD +. sucks at volley though...

I've purchased used PD+'s and hit with them in succession with my new PD+ and they felt the same. I have used them for about 6 months now and I haven't noticed any power loss. Probably in your head... or you have some sort of super sense.

Three of my PD+s are 5.5 years old, one two years old, and two are three years old. The one that is two years old has the new graphics and all the others have the older graphics. My oldest ones do play moer forgivingly than my newer ones (as in I feel them flex more); however, it is not enough for any increase/decrease in power, feel, or control.
