So, following upgrades over the last several years, including endless demo's and then purchasing the PD Cortex, PD GT, Pure Storm GT, Pro Kennex Ki5, Wilson NBlade, I return to Ol faithful, the venerable PD Team.
Why oh why does Babolat not re-laucnh this incredible stick as a classic, much as other manufacturers have their's i.e. Pro Kennex ala ACE's/redondo's, Wilson PS88, etc.??????
I am certain that Babolat would make a fortune. The new PD's just don't stack up to the feel of this Kevlar/Graphite beauty. Touch, feel, power all come nicely rounded into this weapon, and it is not as stiff as the newer generation PD's. Throw in some VS Touch at circa 57/58 lbs, and IMHO, you have what could be "one" of the greatest modern game rackets ever.
I'm gonna play this last one of mine out as long as she'll last, and then hope someone in babolat sales realises the huge market it has for this classic beauty.
